it’s hard to find a list of violations or cases against Civil and Poltical rights seperately…
can someone post the specific violations of the Civil and Political Rights separately.. asap.. for our report on Philippine Constitution.
Francis, the Task Force Detainees of the Philippines (TFDP) monitors cases of civil and political rights violations. A visit to TFD’s website (www.tfdp.net) might help. Or you could send an email (tfdp1974@yahoo.com), or call up TFDP’s office (437-8054).
And of course, there’s the Philippine Commission on Human Rights (http://www.chr.gov.ph/).
Good luck with your report.
